Responsibilities
- Architect long-term AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological landscape and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge research from top academic institutions and labs
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation in responsible AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Mentor AI strategists and cultivate talent in emerging AI disciplines
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI research organizations and standards bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation
- Experience with emerging AI paradigms: AGI safety, quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing
- Strong background in strategic planning with P&L responsibility for $50M+ initiatives
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, explainable AI, or future technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field with PhD preferred
