Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with 2026 innovation targets

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and reinforcement learning
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep understanding of AI regulatory landscape across 15+ countries
