- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of LLMs and neural networks for edge computing environments, ensuring low-latency performance.
- Future-Proofing: Implement adaptive architectures that can seamlessly integrate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and AGI interfaces.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D units to prototype and validate breakthrough algorithms before mass production.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes; deep understanding of cloud native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Certifications: Professional Cloud Architect (AWS) or equivalent is highly preferred.
