Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and KPIs
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
