- Identify optimization opportunities via gap analysis
- Present insights to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and JIRA
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
