Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements analysis to gather detailed business needs and functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create intuitive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to visualize current and future state processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Testing & QA: Design test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect tracking to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience working within these frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: CBAP, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification is a strong plus.
