Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Design and document business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT development teams and business units.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
