Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope.
- Analyze complex data sets and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to design and implement solutions.
- Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process maps using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis and assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document and maintain project documentation to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
