Responsibilities

- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories

- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and gather feedback
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Strong background in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
