Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product)
- Document requirements via UML diagrams, flowcharts, and process maps
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with contract/daily pay experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification (CSM/PMI-ACP preferred)
- Experience documenting requirements for SaaS or fintech products
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Miami-based or willing to work EST hours
