Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications.
- Design and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories to visualize system improvements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD) and test plans.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
