Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Partner with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from requirements to deployment.
