Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis using interviews, document reviews, and workshops.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure solution feasibility.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding data accuracy and business logic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
