Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for system improvements and new initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related data analysis role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in Scrum environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver creative, scalable solutions.
