Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
- Create detailed business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Design and maintain process flows, wireframes, and process maps using Visio and JIRA.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Present findings, process improvements, and system proposals to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.
