Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and processes.
- Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements specifications, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Project Support: Support the project manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with JIRA or Confluence for documentation.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ERD tools, wireframing, or prototyping tools is a plus.
