As a Business Analyst, you will be the linchpin of our project success, translating complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed functional requirements from stakeholders to define system capabilities.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
