Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, gathering requirements, and translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. Your insights will drive our product strategy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing systems.
- Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify business pain points and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present data reports and process improvement recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
