Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate KPIs and trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Document system workflows and process improvements using Visio/Lucidchart
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Immediate availability to start within 1 week
