Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
