As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes, enhancing user experience, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify business process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD), process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and management to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Testing & QA: Define test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and at least one BPM tool (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
