Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to project delivery and scope creep.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process modeling and system lifecycle management.
