Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and financial data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Design and implement data validation models ensuring accuracy across financial systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and create performance dashboards for executive leadership
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch support during night operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with financial systems and banking industry processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during night shifts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
