Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions during night shift hours
- Create and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives for global stakeholders
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards to guide strategic decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a 24/7 environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
