- Analyze operational data using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop stakeholder presentations that visualize insights and drive strategic decisions
- Maintain data integrity across ETL pipelines and dashboard systems
- Document business processes and create workflow diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, self-directed work environments
- Knowledge of healthcare, logistics, or fintech industries preferred
