Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across time zones during night shift hours
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system integrations
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience documenting requirements for complex enterprise systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
