Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during night shift operations
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Excel for real-time reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations
- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories and process flows
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
