Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical jargon into business language
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Validate solution implementations through UAT and process mapping
- Maintain JIRA tickets and track project milestones against deadlines
- Document business rules and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
