Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities during overnight operations
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for system enhancements and new features
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in production systems
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog grooming for development teams
- Develop process maps and user stories to guide development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with financial services or healthcare industries a plus
