Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams for cross-functional teams
- Create SQL reports and dashboards to support real-time decision-making for global stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across time zones to align on project deliverables
- Implement test cases and validate system changes during maintenance windows
- Monitor KPIs and provide nightly performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in 24/7 operational environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex requirements
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Excellent written communication for asynchronous collaboration
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
