Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to deliver actionable insights
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Validate solutions through testing and implementation support
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
