Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and documentation for night operations.
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders to define system capabilities.
- Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and future state requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during the night shift.
