Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and efficiency opportunities
- Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Support UAT testing and ensure seamless implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process mapping and requirement documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
