Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work

- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
