Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Create detailed requirement specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Develop and maintain process maps, data models, and flowcharts using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure business needs are met.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of changes and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PST).
