Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scopes.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks in the night shift workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and IT departments to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and weekends as required.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
