Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and elicitation sessions for system improvements and process optimization.
- Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and wireframes for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Managers, Developers, QA) to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data anomalies during the night shift.
- Translate technical jargon into clear, actionable documentation for non-technical business partners.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations or remote setting.
- Proven experience with SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during the night shift.
