Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and workflows during night shift operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process maps, and user stories, ensuring clarity for the technical team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate nightly reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations or IT support environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
