Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and develop detailed process maps and use cases to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with IT development teams and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions and to manage scope creep.
- Testing & QA Support: Design test plans and acceptance criteria, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business goals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze data reports to provide insights into project performance and process metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and propose data-driven solutions to business problems.
