Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new and existing systems.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for the engineering team.
- Design and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to visualize system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and future state goals.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and coordinate the go-live strategy to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
