Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery and timeline adherence.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership on project status and value realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
