- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project goals
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure successful implementation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
