Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for weekend-driven initiatives
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend sprints
- Validate data integrity and accuracy of weekend reporting systems
- Present findings to executive leadership during Monday morning reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of delivering weekend project milestones
