Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed specifications for data-driven solutions using UML diagrams and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and industry standards
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and prioritize feature development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
