Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend shifts to gather requirements
- Validate data accuracy and recommend solutions for weekend-specific challenges
- Support UAT testing and ensure smooth implementation of weekend-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for weekend stakeholder interactions
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and weekend sprint planning
