Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to document business needs
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling and requirements elicitation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
