Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements and translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support weekend system implementations and change management activities
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in weekend/shift-based roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with remote team support
