Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements for federal agency clients during weekend shifts
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for weekend operational insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings during weekend hours to align on project goals
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure weekend system performance meets SLAs
- Monitor weekend data trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with federal or government clients
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Clearance eligibility for federal projects (preferred, not required)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
