Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to support weekend operational decisions
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct data validation, testing, and quality assurance for weekend project deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear documentation
- Support the implementation and monitoring of new processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with requirement gathering methodologies (JAD, user stories)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
