Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements using diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Create and maintain data models to support business intelligence initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with weekday flexibility
